Monday, 4/14: 10 miles in 1:17:44 or 7:47/mi (PMP -:18); Long Tempo Run
A solid effort today. I don't seem to have lost much fitness/speed. I felt ok throughout, and had only a mild cough afterwards. I am glad to feel whole again. If I can build on this throughout the week, I will feel pretty confident.
